A small number of products need to be activated by the publisher before we can send your code, which can take up to one business day. Where that applies, it's stated on the product page.

Some products use two codes — QuickBooks Desktop, for example, needs both a licence number and a product number. Both are included.

Yes. We link you to the official installer from Intuit, Corel, Image-Line, CADlink or Embrilliance as appropriate. We don't host modified installers, and you shouldn't use one from anywhere else.

Tell us the exact error message and we'll work through it with you. Most activation problems are fixable — wrong installer, system date, firewall, or a typo in the code.

If it genuinely won't activate, we replace the key or refund you. That's the deal on every product we sell.

Everything is delivered electronically, so there's no packaging, no physical stock and no retail shelf space priced into what you pay.

Some titles are also earlier versions that the publisher no longer sells at full price. Where that's the case, the product page says so plainly — including what the publisher no longer provides for that version.

Software publishers retire older versions on a schedule. Intuit, for example, discontinued QuickBooks Desktop 2021 after 31 May 2024 and QuickBooks Desktop 2023 after 31 May 2026.

The software still runs. What stops is the publisher's connected services: live support, security updates, payroll, and online bank feeds.

For a business doing offline, locally managed accounting, that often doesn't matter and the saving is real. If you need payroll or bank feeds, buy a currently supported version instead — ask us and we'll point you to the right one.

Ask us before ordering. The most common mistakes we see are buying CorelDRAW Essentials when the work needs Standard, and buying the wrong CADlink Digital Factory edition for the printer's width.

Tell us what you're doing and what hardware you're on, and we'll tell you honestly — including when the cheaper option is enough.

It varies by product, and it's stated on each product page. CorelDRAW Essentials permits one installation on one computer at a time. Embrilliance Essentials allows unlimited installs on computers you own, across both Mac and Windows. CADlink Digital Factory covers one printer per licence.

Some products only. QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus, Embrilliance Essentials and CorelDRAW Graphics Suite run on macOS. QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier and Enterprise, CorelDRAW Essentials and Standard, FL Studio Producer Edition as we sell it, and CADlink Digital Factory are all Windows.
